I think that out of the marketing tools listed, I would have the most use out of Google My Business and Linkedin. Due to my business exclusively being an online service, I won’t have a need for Yelp or Google Maps. Other services I think will most benefit my business strategy are Acquire, Nextiva, Viewflux, and Sketch App. Acquire, Nextiva, and Viewflux are perfect for my online communication with customers with the ability to utilize live and video chat, this will allow me to discuss design plans with potential customers. The chatbots will allow me to direct calls to the correct category of service. The SketchApp is a tool which will allow me to effectively make designs to fit within my desired aesthetic. I will be able to have more control and clarity for my mobile or website structure.

    Your knowledge of apps useful for your business is impressive. I like how you think of exactly how some app or web service will actually help your business. For the first 20 years, even some of the largest companies were driven more by a "follow the leader" or even "We Can'f afford to be Left Behind' approach, and their "web presence tended to be reflexive and not well thought-out. Even today, many small businesses have a "web site" that is little more than a single page with the address of their store, the phone number, and a list of categories of what they sell. You are supposed to just "come in and browse" rather than go in knowing what you are interested in buying. There is almost no such thing as providing the customer too much product information on line, I think.

http://gatesnfences.com/ "GatesnFences" is a company that provides the service/product of iron gate construction, with credentials like contracts with Disney. But their lack of passion in the website, in turn, makes them lose credibility. First, there is a lack of consistency with font, text color, and contrast. Next, they have animations going through titles, links, and text with poor contrast. Their main text color is black with links painted in blue, a normal practice. But the description of the business takes up the entirety of the screen with it being in an incredibly wide format and small text. Another confusing navigation problem is the incredibly large list in the directory that would overwhelm anyone scrolling through. With colors like a red background and white text makes it hard to follow. Images appear amateur and at different angles, this makes it confusing to look at. Post Reach is the measure of how frequently your posts/advertisements are appearing in others news feeds. Post Engagement is the measure of how often people will interact with your account like views, comments, likes, and shares. Instead of compiling data on how far your influence is spreading, engagement is about personal interaction between user and business. This is important because it’s responsible for tracking people interested in your business. It can also define which posts are most impactful to your viewers. The engagement feature’s role is to give the business the ability to automatically receive instant data on what is most popular or impactful to people in your posts.
